Available Government Funding

Customer Focus Group Training is an approved Registered Training Organisation and has entered into a Services Contract with DEEWR (Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations) to undertake specified administration and deliver eligible qualifications under the Productivity Places Program – Job Seekers.

We are also approved as providers of quality programs under the Australian Apprenticeships system of training which is regulated by law or custom which combines on-the-job training and work experience while in paid employment with formal off-the-job training. The Australian Apprentice enters into a contract of training or a training agreement with an employer which imposes mutual obligations on both parties.

Government funding may be available to your organisation.  Please contact us for further information (02) 9316 8501.

1.       New Entrant Employee Traineeships:

At present, there is Federal Government funding available of $4,000 for new staff who do not have any equivalent qualifications at this level, are employed on a permanent basis, and are signed up to a traineeship within 3 months from the date of commencement of their employment for full-time staff and within 12 months for part-time staff.

2.       Existing Employee Traineeships:
